Taking Fish Oil During Pregnancy Is Found to Lower Child’s Asthma Risk

According to a study in Denmark, women who took fish oil during the last three months of their pregnancy were less likely to have children with asthma. Of those who took fish oil, only 17% had children who developed asthma. In addition, fish oil supplies healthy fats essential to developing children's brains.
